THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Provide coaching for parents, helping them embed learning strategies into their daily routines. Our model includes weekly parent coaching over telehealth and quarterly family home visits in metro Melbourne.
  • Collaboratively develop tailored goals and therapy plans for families with children with autism or developmental delay
  • Working with our product team to provide regular feedback and user testing to shape our client app and digital tools

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • At least 2+ years experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
  • Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Tech savvy and confident in using digital tools for clinical practice

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Equity ownership in the business
