ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager for our high performance learn-to-swim facility at Derrimut. We seek someone who is driven to deliver customer impact, drive staff culture within the centre and business growth through exceptional leadership.

THE ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION WILL BE A KEY ROLE IN THE LEADERSHIP TEAM TO DELIVER:

• Programming of our learn-to-swim lessons
• Customer service excellence
• Team performance – quality performance both in and out of the pool
• OH&S management and facilities maintenance
• Community engagement

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a keen interest to work within a family friendly environment that aims to make a difference.

This role is a Permanent part time role (20-25 hours per week). Weekend and evening work required.
