Your new role

Set and achieve strategic goals, supporting Kids First to future proof as it grows into the next horizon!

• Develop and support a vibrant team to deliver high standards of BAU work
• Leverage digital tools, data and technology to best serve our clients, partners and staff
• Collaborate with IT to ensure that all systems are fit for purpose, cohesive and anticipate current and future growth
• Strengthen existing and new digital experiences for improved client experience and organisational reach
• Build and anticipate data need, ensuring that both tools and internal capability are leveraged

About you

• A tertiary qualification in Digital Technologies, IT, Business or related field
• Senior leadership experience within a growing and developing environment
• Demonstrated experience developing digital and innovation strategies to create new products, services and business models
• Proven skills to build and implement system architecture, including system implementation using the Microsoft Suite
• Client focused, market oriented and proactive
