Your new role

We can sense your passion for early childhood education and care. Help shape bright futures in a role that is fundamental to the operation of our sector-leading Korin Korin centre.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators, overseeing the kindergarten programs in addition to a teaching allocation - so, you get the best of both worlds
  • Build and support respectful relationships with families, children and the local community
  • Oversee and implement centre administration processes

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor or Master's in Early Childhood Education (as recognised by ACECQA)
  • Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting with demonstrated skills in providing a high-quality kindergarten program
  • Experience in a leadership role with proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
  • A demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diversity
  • You have knowledge of legislation, policy, and frameworks in relation to early childhood education and care services
  • Proven ability to prioritise, organise and delegate work in a professional environment in order to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
