You'll love this opportunity to join the team within our new Early Help Hub 3756 initiative, which aims to help families in need, before they need help. We're looking for someone to start and build effective peer support programs for parents, effectively coaching families to achieve better outcomes.

You're great at building connections with people. You're caring and empathetic. You want to transform lives!

You will maintain a caseload of families requiring both brief and group-based interventions. The aim is to support relationships between children and their parents through outcomes focused family assessment and case planning.
