Allied Outcomes – Tailored Therapy Solutions is a busy and rapidly expanding not-for-profit multi-disciplinary service established by a group of very experienced allied health professionals.

About the role

You will provide client focused, evidence based, timely clinical services to people requesting services from Allied Outcomes. You have a contemporary framework in working with people who have disability and can demonstrate relevant experience in providing specialist disability supports. You are enthusiastic about working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and active in developing and maintaining your skills and knowledge in response to client and service needs as well as your own relevant areas of interest. You are self-driven, and able to be motivated within a flexible working environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager, Allied Outcomes and receive supervision and support from the Team Leader (Clinical).

Responsibilities

  • Provide Physiotherapy services across the lifespan, primarily for individuals aged 6 – 65 years. Your role will be broad, and may include assessment of posture and mobility, manual therapies, individualised exercise programs, hydrotherapy, equipment prescription and training. You will identify client needs in a person-centred manner.
  • As part of your Physiotherapy services provide relevant consultative services, which may include carer or family support and training in your area of expertise.
  • Reporting, including formal reports, data information and other required information under NDIS, and Child Safety frameworks.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of clinical services in Allied Outcomes in a continuous improvement framework.

You will:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Physiotherapy, and registration with AHPRA
  • Possess a current Blue /Working with Children card and Yellow Criminal History check card
  • Have a current Drivers Licence and own vehicle at commencement (allowances for mileage paid)
