Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre (KNLC) is an innovative Organisation offering educational, social support and health and wellbeing programs. We also have 2 successful Social Enterprise.
Additionally, the Occasional Care Children's Program operates Monday to Thursday, and we have a facilitated playgroup on Friday mornings. KNLC is looking for a passionate go-getter to grow our Occasional Care and Children's programs.
What you will be responsible for:
- The Coordination of the Occasional Care program
- The supervision of all childcare staff
- Developing, implementing and evaluating the childcare program and activities delivered
- Taking the lead in the development of policies as they apply to the children's services area
- The management and compliance of all statutory, legislative and licensing matters
- Strategic input into program growth and delivery
About you

To apply for this role you will need
- A Diploma in Children's Services (or be in the process of acquiring)
- Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check (less than 6 months)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certification
- Up to date vaccinations
- Experience in a leadership role
