Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre (KNLC) is an innovative Organisation offering educational, social support and health and wellbeing programs. We also have 2 successful Social Enterprise.

Additionally, the Occasional Care Children's Program operates Monday to Thursday, and we have a facilitated playgroup on Friday mornings. KNLC is looking for a passionate go-getter to grow our Occasional Care and Children's programs.

What you will be responsible for:

• The Coordination of the Occasional Care program
• The supervision of all childcare staff
• Developing, implementing and evaluating the childcare program and activities delivered
• Taking the lead in the development of policies as they apply to the children's services area
• The management and compliance of all statutory, legislative and licensing matters
• Strategic input into program growth and delivery

To apply for this role you will need

• A Diploma in Children's Services (or be in the process of acquiring)
• Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check (less than 6 months)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certification
• Up to date vaccinations
• Experience in a leadership role
