ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, Join one of Australia's iconic brands Keep Australia Beautiful NSW and utilise your business management skills , adept leadership skills and financial acumen to manage the daily operations of the business ensuring strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets and managing human resources. Flexible with a 30 or 37 hour week role and mix of WFO and WFH.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Demonstrable business management and development skills
• Minimum 2 years proven experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans with sound commercial acumen.
• Ability to motivate, lead and hold employees accountable
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Strong decision making capabilities
• Passion for protecting the environment

Desirable

• Previous performance evaluation experience and a working knowledge of human resources processes
• Knowledge or experience in waste management, recycling or similar environmental sectors
• Experience in NFP/charity or member organisation or similar.
• Background in sales, business & revenue development or customer facing roles
