The Role

Are you seeking a position where you can help make a difference in the lives of others? This is such an opportunity. Global Mission Partners (GMP) is seeking an experienced Database Coordinator to manage the organisation’s dynamic and growing CRM. The position will be 2 days a week - permanent (with an additional one day a week in the first six months).

You will be a solution driven database specialist who strives to deliver exceptional data and insights and so assist in GMP achieving its purpose. You will work closely with the Fundraising and Communication teams to ensure that our CRM works effectively with our other systems and supports the needs of the teams.

Your experience and technical skills will help GMP use the CRM at its full capacity and allow us to effectively grow and engage with our supporter base.

Selection Criteria

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a CRM - Ideally Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack.
  • Understanding of direct marketing and preferably previous working experience in not-for-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated experience to manage and maintain a growing CRM for a small-sized organisation, including importing, exporting, cleaning, formatting, segmenting and extracting data.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse data, and provide insights to assist fundraising, direct marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to details and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent Excel skills.

Desirable

  • Knowledge and experience with Mail Chimp, Raisely and Campaign Monitor platforms.
