About The Role

The ESNLC is seeking an Adult Education Coordinator who is experienced with compliance requirements for RTOs and ACFE delivery. You must be suitably qualified, have good communication skills, attention to detail and be driven. This role is vital to the quality and compliance of the ESNLC’s delivery to learners. It provides the opportunity for innovation and excellence in the field of adult and community education.

The successful candidate will be required to be hands-on, while having excellent management, business and interpersonal skills and will be aware of the unique challenges of working in the community sector within a community development framework.

To be the successful applicant you will have (key selection criteria)

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing ACFE and RTO compliance requirements
2. Demonstrated experience in program planning and timetabling.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of adult education principally in ac ommunity setting.
4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of community development programs.
5. Demonstrated experience in grant submission writing and acquittal.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. High level of computer literacy and its application to e-learning.
