JobCo. is a not-for-profit community-based organisation offering a range of programs across Melbourne. With a proud 25 year history of assisting people with mental health issues on their recovery journey, JobCo. is building its NDIS services across Melbourne.

Multiple full time positions available:

• Brunswick office - 1 x position
• Cranbourne office - 1 x position
• Fitzroy office - 1 x position
• Moorabbin office - 1 x position

Your role will be flexible, including providing one on one core and capacity building supports, delivering group activities and engaging in support coordination activities for clients. Customer service and high quality service provision are key drivers for the team.

Your positive attitude, collaborative can-do approach, recovery focus, problem solving skills and ability to contribute to a team of professionals in a KPI-driven dynamic environment will ensure you are successful.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Certificate IV or above in an appropriate field such disability support, psychology, mental health, social work, occupational therapy or other related Allied Health field. Or currently completing your studies
2. Capacity to work in a competitive funding environment
3. Demonstrated experience in and ability to provide disability supports - or willingness to learn
4. Strong preference for excellent quality service provision
5. Demonstrated understanding of and a belief in participant recovery focused, strength based and trauma informed models of service
6. Ability to be flexible, to work autonomously and contribute to a professional team environment
7. Self-management and self-awareness, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

Starting Salary Range - $58,000 + Super. Salary sacrificing benefits are available.
