It’s Not A Compliment is a Melbourne-based campaign looking to combat street harassment by combating its normalisation, disrupting common narratives surrounding it and advocating for more policy action from our government. Our goal is to create a world where vulnerable communities no longer have to place limitations on their behaviours in order to feel safe when out in public.

About the role:

We are currently in the process of becoming an incorporated community group and looking for board members who have:

• Ability to commit to attend (by phone or in person) regular meetings every 2-3 months
• Previous board member or experience in other not-for profit organisations
• Qualifications or experience in one of more of the following areas: leadership, finance/accounting, fundraising and/or legal profession
