About you

You will be a proven leader with team-oriented management skills who is self-motivated, positive and able to inspire staff. With demonstrated expertise in the management of community and social programming, you will drive the delivery of community development programs that address complex social needs in a diverse community.

Reporting to the Manager, Economic and Community Development, it will be your primary focus to develop, implement and manage an evidence-based operation plan aligned with organisational objectives which will necessitate the building of positive relationships with a range or stakeholders; including internal and external, government and non-government service providers and experts.

About the position

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $107,774 to $121,607 per annum, dependent upon skills and qualifications, plus a Council contribution to superannuation of up to 12% as well as other excellent employee benefits:

  • 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
