This is an exciting regional leadership opportunity for a motivated and experienced Human Services professional who is passionate about providing effective support and services to the community.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven people leader to expand and manage Interrelate's regional presence by driving service growth and partnerships, whilst also ensuring high quality and accessible services are delivered within their region.

Duties will include:

  • Driving business development within the Northern Rivers region through the research and identification of viable business streams, including preparation of business proposals and tenders
  • Development of a business plan outlining growth strategies and value propositions
  • Management and consolidation of productive relationships with organisations, referrers, consortium partners and existing clients within the region
  • Fostering staff engagement and collaboration across multiple business units, along with undertaking workforce analysis and management to ensure service deliverables are met
  • Ensuring all services adhere to quality, compliance and clinical governance standards
  • Management and leadership of Practice Leads including performance appraisals and clinical supervision

This role could potentially be based in either Coffs Harbour or Lismore and will require travel to multiple sites within the Northern region on a regular basis.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

  1. Qualifications in Management or related discipline
  2. Demonstrated experience in the Human Services industry
  3. Proven experience in management and leadership
  4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business development plans that align with strategic priorities
  5. Proven experience in monitoring and achieving key performance indicators, including service delivery targets and budgets
  6. High level communication skills including negotiation and stakeholder management
  7. Strong networking skills and the ability to liaise and build relationships with a range of potential partners and stakeholders
  8. Experience using web-based business applications and capacity to adapt to changing workplace technologies.

Desirable

  1. Qualifications in Social Science, Social Work, Welfare, Psychology, or a related discipline
