Established in 1986, Interchange Gippsland is a highly regarded not-for-profit, NDIS-registered organisation that provides innovative and flexible support services to individuals with a disability and their families across the Gippsland Region.

About the role

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join the voluntary Board of Management. The Board of Management conducts monthly meetings to assist in the strategic planning and direction of the organisation. These meetings can be attended in person or remotely.

As a Board of Management Member, you will undertake a number of tasks, such as:

• Attending monthly meetings
• Reviewing and contributing towards Board papers
• Assisting in the ongoing review and monitoring of business practices
• Understanding the application of industrial and regulatory bodies such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to Interchange Gippsland
