We are looking for a passionate Product Designer who is passionate about solving problems by getting under the skin of our users –fusing empathy and curiosity to deliver products and services that make a meaningful difference to the wellbeing of our users. You will have the opportunity to co-develop a rhythm of working in a design team that’s in its initial stages of development.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Design, you will shape ReachOut’s future experience with the opportunity to advance mental health to a whole new level including digital personalisation, reimagining content and engagement. You will innovate and drive the design evolution of our products and services e.g. ReachOut.com, PeerChat and our Online Community platforms.
As a member of our growing in-house design team, you will mainly work in interdisciplinary teams co-facilitating the design thinking process and delivering design assets for key strategic projects. Every designer at ReachOut understands the importance of being a driver for organisational change.
