The Indigo Power Foundation was established to provide expertise, guidance and knowledge-sharing for community renewable energy groups in regional north-east Victoria who want to create community-owned renewable energy projects.
We want to be the go-to resource for community groups seeking expertise and support for renewable energy or emissions reduction projects. We will provide advice, networking opportunities, examples of best practices, and support to find funding for community-driven projects.
We recently received DGR1 status from the ATO and are ready to start making change happen!
We are seeking an Executive Officer to lead our ‘start-up NGO’ who can be a leader, fundraiser, community liaison, central point of reference information, and guide for community groups needing expertise.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with partial information, wants to go out and make things happen, can develop fundraising strategies, and is able to build relationships with major donors.
You have a broad range of strategic and leadership skills, are passionate about the future of renewable energy, and have the capacity to promote the use of renewable energy for the betterment of the community.
