Manager, Inclusion Projects - Remote / Work from Home

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Inclusion Projects is a part-time position .8 FTE (30.4 hours per week) contract term role (June 2022).

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to contribute to the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of various funded projects. This includes the proactive and systematic management of projects for Inclusion Australia.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage delivery of projects on time in line with their contractual commitments.
  • Manage a team of project coordinators with a collaborative supervisory approach, including working with staff members to address any problems that arise, and help grow best practices.

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience and a strong track record of developing, delivering and evaluating projects to time and budget.
  • A sound understanding of project management processes is essential including the associated administrative requirements as per funding agreements.
  • Excellent relationship management skills including the ability to develop positive working relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the human rights of people with intellectual disability and the principles of participation and inclusion.

Award placement: Social Community Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award Level 7 (Salary Packaging available).

Position location: Remote working from home (excellent internet connection required).
