It’s an exciting time to be at Interchange Gippsland! Operating since 1986, Interchange Gippsland are a community based organisation that provides a range of support services to people with disabilities and their families. They have experienced major growth and service expansion over the last year and employ a workforce of approximately 130 employees between their Morwell and Wonthaggi sites.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled and experienced management professional to join the executive team, undertaking the role of Manager of Support Services, Morwell. As one of the senior leaders you are ultimately responsible for the effective management and coordination of program performance. You will have direct responsibility for leading and fostering a specialist team of Program Coordinators, working to ensure the needs of participants and their families are met. The role offers a range of responsibilities that require a diverse and strong skills set, particularly in the areas of planning and analysis, stakeholder and relationship management, communication, resourcefulness, problem solving and collaboration. Experience or exposure to business areas such as human resource management, quality improvement, marketing and communications will be highly regarded for this role.
To be considered for this role you must possess a completed university degree in a health, social welfare or related discipline and significant experience in a management position that has required you to deliver positive service delivery outcomes and supervision of staff.
