This role is to provide job mentoring for an 18-year-old young man. 

He is an Oztag player, CrossFit member, keen movie-goer and valued employee. 

The young man is looking for a job mentor to support his development and independence in his current work roles and look to take up some volunteering. 

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in tailoring work roles for a person with disability that are fully embedded in the community, valued and meaningful and humbling mentoring the person in his current and new work roles. This job also comes with incredible professional development opportunities in customised employment and task analysis. 

• 10 – 12 hours per week
• $35 - $45 per hour, according to qualifications and experience, plus vehicle allowance
• Training in customised employment will be provided with ongoing support. 

Responsibilities of the Role
