About the opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and hands-on digital marketer to join our passionate team. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications you will support the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and growth. The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage our digital marketing campaigns, content and platforms creating a cohesive and impactful digital presence. Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns driving increased awareness and engagement across SuperFriends digital and social media channels, driving increased B2B uptake of SuperFriend offerings.
- Analyse and drive the effectiveness of digital activities and campaigns through use of data measurement and reporting tools e.g. HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics etc.
- Drive SuperFriend's website front end content, helping us deliver excellent, on-brand customer experiences
- Coordinate the creation and sourcing of content and collateral for social media, EDM, resources, website / microsites, reports and training.
- Work with external suppliers including graphic designers and website developers as required.
Key requirements
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in digital marketing or communications; combined with proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience using CMS, analytics, reporting, SEM & SEO (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, social media, Digital Ads) and managing social media accounts, including analytics and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Experience using CRM including EDM creation, campaign management, and reporting (e.g. HubSpot)
- Effective interpersonal, written, verbal skills with strong project management, editing, proofreading and copywriting skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, a willingness to learn and to operate collaboratively and cross functionally
- An interest in workplace mental health would be advantageous.
- Video content creation and publishing or graphic design skills will be an advantage.
