Sector Support and Development (Wellness and Reablement) Lead

We’re looking for a team lead who is passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in applying wellness and reablement principals, who enjoys leading a team, keeping projects on track and shares iLA’s vision and values.
iLA was established in January 2020 by Indigo Australasia Incorporated (formerly ILC). iLA focus on supporting people through assessment, navigation, and sector capacity building initiatives. Our purpose is to enhance health and wellbeing by connecting the community with trusted knowledge and expertise.
This role will work within iLA’s Community Capacity Building Team and will oversee the delivery of the Sector Support and Development (SSD) program. A program which focusses on embedding wellness and reablement and restorative care approaches into CHSP service delivery in line with current and future government standards and program guidelines.
This is largely achieved through sector engagement to inform ongoing development of online resources and the enhancement of iLA’s dedicated wellness and reablement website, KeepAble.
This lead role will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of the key objectives of the program and is offered on a fixed term basis with an end date of 30th June 2023. Contact extension will be offered subject to future funding.
