The Allied Health Team is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Senior Clinician Physiotherapist. The Allied Health teams provide integrated health and support services for older adults, those with a disability, adults with chronic and complex needs, their carers and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Physiotherapy assessment, interventions and education of self- management strategies provided individually or in a group setting across our centres or in people's homes
• Promotion of health and wellbeing across the spectrum from prevention, early intervention through to a range of services for various conditions
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and alongside partners
• Supervision of physiotherapists and allied health assistants
• Clinical leadership of physiotherapy and multidisciplinary quality and service development

Skills and Experience

• Expertise in working with people with chronic or complex conditions such as osteoarthritis, other musculoskeletal conditions, pain management and falls and balance issues
• Lead physiotherapists to deliver excellent and equitable health outcomes, providing timely, appropriate and effective care
• Work collaboratively with others with a focus on client-centred, evidence-based practice and service development
• APHRA physiotherapy registration
• GLA:D credentialed or willing to do training course
