About You

To be part of the team at I Can Jump Puddles it is expected that all team members bring with them a passion for their craft, enthusiasm, professionalism, and care.

You are a qualified Speech Pathologist looking for a new and exciting opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge in working with people with a disability.

You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to empower people to develop self-confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning.

You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person. You enjoy working holistically with families and collaborating with other like-minded professionals to promote the best outcome for the client.

  • Have SPA registration & CPSP status (or working towards)
  • Valid driver's license and car
  • You will have a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in how you allocate your time in this role
  • Provide therapy and/or assessment services to NDIS participants
  • Liaise regularly with our Team Leaders and Management Group and our hard-working allied health professionals
  • Willing to take part in professional “Puddles” development activities and training
  • You thrive in the community (school, childcare, home) by having diversity in your workday, owning what you do, and growing professionally and personally
  • Amazing time management skills
  • Fresh ideas and a can-do attitude
