Independent Community Living Australia (ICLA) is a not-for-profit community organisation delivering mental health recovery services and personalised support to individuals with psychosocial, intellectual and other disabilities as well as those seeking support at difficult times in their life. As Team Leader of the Embark program, you will oversee the quality execution of key program deliverables, leading a team of NDIS Navigators to engage with people who are experiencing homelessness and their networks, supporting them through submission of successful NDIS applications. Embark provides support at an individual and sector level, through delivery of two streams:
Embark Access – supporting individual access requests; and
Embark Upskill – Delivering sector capacity building workshops to service providers across NSW.
This is a full time opportunity is for 5 days per week until 30 June 2024, with the possibility of extension pending funding. The role is based from our Surry Hills office, with some opportunity to work flexibly from home, and remuneration is from $93,860 (SCHADS Level 5), plus leave loading, super and salary packaging.
