Your new role

We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Information and Digital Services Unit as a Manager Service Delivery on a Full-time Permanent Ongoing basis. Reporting to the Director, Information and Digital Services, the Manager Service Delivery leads and manages teams that deliver support and services to the organisation in alignment with the Service Level Agreement and key performance indicators.

The Manager Service Delivery will provide continuous improvement and reporting on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Service Delivery team along with leading and managing the delivery of projects for service enhancements and replacement of end users' devices, including peripherals and multifunction devices.

Duties and responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Service Delivery team in providing optimum level of service through the coordination and support of IBAC's systems to ensure a highly efficient and effective standard of support.
• Leading and managing Service Delivery projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and monitor progress to brief stakeholders, prioritisation and escalate as required.
• Effectively monitoring, controlling and supporting service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed and service levels are met.
• Developing and managing documentation to support effective and efficient service delivery including policies, standards and procedures according to the required security and governance frameworks.
• Contributing to IBAC's IT strategy and business plan activities with the Director Information and Digital Services, including the forecasting of budget and projected user requirements for equipment and software.

Our requirements / Your skill set

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:

• Qualifications and/or industry certifications or experience in Information Technology (IT).
• Experience implementing and aligning to ITIL framework
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing IT projects and service delivery teams
• Experience developing and reporting on key performance indicators
• Experience with developing and delivering strategic outcomes
