The Senior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for assisting the Director, People and Culture in the management of the employment and workplace policies and performance management for the Australian Human Rights Commission. This includes providing sound advice on workplace practices and managing the payroll and recruitment functions.

The role reports directly to the Director People and Culture. The role demands high level technical expertise, initiative, clear communication and strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the delivery of responsive human resources support services.

This is an ongoing Executive Level 1 vacancy with a salary of $107,355-120,035 pa plus superannuation.
