Your role - Relationship Coordinator

The Hireup for Providers team is a small team that started only a few years ago. The team has seen great success and are now ready to start scaling, in particular expanding our marketing efforts, onboarding more providers and building more efficiency into the product.

Please note this role is open to candidates based in the Eastern states of Australia ( New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania).

  • Be the principal relationship contact at Hireup for a portfolio of approved providers
  • Support providers in assigned portfolio to onboard post-approval, including managing verification and compliance checks and assist larger providers to create of duplicate accounts
  • Support assigned providers to activate including training staff members, encouraging and monitoring new job posts, suggesting workers to book and monitoring support worker and provider messages to encourage engagement/ response times
  • Implement strategies with assigned active providers to increase utilisation, e.g. finding new use cases in the provider’s business for Hireup’s tools
  • Actively target retention of assigned providers, intervening to prevent churn, e.g. if bookings drop off through regular communication, check in and win back calls
  • Field and resolve general queries and questions from assigned providers
  • Act as potential intake point for incidents and complaints, working with Provider Relationship and Operations Manager to route further work to the right team
  • Use team tools and dashboards, e.g. various Zendesk tools

Your Background

  • Experienced in disability support, account management or related field or a strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Able to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Strong communicator and external ambassador for Hireup, comfortable having difficult conversations with external stakeholders
  • Has the ability to adapt to changing and conflicting priorities
  • Approach work with high-energy, drive and internal motivation
