Your role - Operations Coordinator

The Hireup for Providers team is a small team that started only a few years ago. The team has seen great success and are now ready to start scaling, in particular expanding our marketing efforts, onboarding more providers and building more efficiency into the product.

  • Support provider success and support worker and client safety by implementing key operational processes for providers
  • Manage process to ensure that support workers working with providers have signed the relevant agreements before the booking commences
  • Act as primary point of contact for provider incidents and complaints, support relevant teams within Hireup and Provider Operations to resolve
  • Proactively investigate and respond to reports of offline activity - i.e. where a provider tries to directly employ a Hireup support worker
  • Manage the deactivation process for providers
  • Review and monitor provider bookings, notes and taking appropriate action
  • Manage the allocation of Covid support and booking management
  • Manage the support worker survey process; working with Operations Lead to identify feedback and trends to better improve existing processes

Your Background

  • Experienced in healthcare, disability support, related field or a strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • A lover of admin, housekeeping and process improvements
  • Process driven with a strong eye for detail and confident translating and updating spreadsheet data
  • Has the ability to adapt to changing and conflicting priorities
  • Great communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Approach work with high-energy, drive and internal motivation
