Your role - Team Leader of Team Managers (Sydney based)

Team Management is one of Hireup’s critical Success Services, providing a wrap-around service for clients who need end-to-end support to use the platform. From acting as a go-to for the client for all things related to Hireup, to posting jobs, managing bookings on the client’s behalf, building, rostering and managing the client’s team as well as signing off worker bookings (time-sheets), Team Managers become deeply imbedded in the client’s life and work in partnership with the person and their family to ensure high quality, consistent supports.

As a Team Leader of - Team Managers, you will be primarily responsible for leading, managing and supporting a group of passionate and dedicated local Team Managers as they undertake the daily work of delivering an outstanding quality of service for all clients who need end-to-end support to use the platform

  • Lead and manage a team of local Team Managers
  • Building the team, back-up and continuity of service
  • Work with the National Lead - Client Management to roll out a high quality Team Management service
  • Ensure that the Team Management team you lead is delivered to a high standard and meets the needs of our clients, across both city-based performance data and also customer satisfaction metrics

Your Background

  • Strong disability sector knowledge a big plus - We’re looking for someone who understands the Australian disability sector and can relate to the needs of our community to deliver high-quality supports
  • People leadership - We’re looking for someone with great people leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire the highest performance from the people they lead
  • Customer first - Team Management is all about building deep customer relationships, and supporting people to find long term success on our platform. We want someone who is customer-first in their thinking and will inspire that approach across their whole team
  • Operational Excellence - Someone who is excellent at running complex teams and supporting them with the tools and systems needed to thrive
  • A strong self starter​ - not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail
  • A team player​ who can work in collaboration with a range of stakeholders to deliver excellent results
  • Strong values alignment​ - an empathetic individual, positive and proactive and an excellent communicator
