Inspired by our vision: a generation of young people resolving to make a positive difference in the world, we have developed award-winning citizenship curriculum that is backed by learning science and 15 years’ experience in the field. High Resolves is a leading-edge social enterprise, founded in Australia, which has now expanded into the United States, Canada and China, with new partnerships also forming in Brazil, Armenia and India. We’re currently reaching about 10% of Australian teens, but we’re growing rapidly, with plans to reach 50% of Australian high school students over the next five years.

The Role

As a High Resolves Team Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the global team with administrative tasks such as booking travel, meeting management and small internal events, and managing bulk data uploads in SalesForce. This role is critical to High Resolves' success and you will be participating in and contributing to the overall life, success, and demonstration of the core values of High Resolves every day.

What you’ll do

  • Travel & Accommodation Management
  • Manage the end to end process for recruitment including, advertising, review of CVs, shortlisting candidates, and interview scheduling
  • Respond to enquiries received through the national telephone, email and website enquiry lines.
  • Manage and maintain supplies of stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
  • Manage production and maintain supplies of curriculum materials and distribute across locations as required.
  • Data management for SalesForce entries and uploads.
  • Support the team, who are currently working remotely, as we transition back into offices and schools across the country over the coming months.

  • This is a permanent, full time position
  • Remuneration will comprise:
    • Base salary of $55,000 per annum (plus super)
    • Annual performance-based bonus of $3,000
  • Annual leave of 20 days, which is pro-rated based on actual service in each calendar year

What we’re looking for

  • A professional administrative assistant, with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effectively able to manage a broad range of tasks with varying priorities running in parallel.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and professionally manage external relationships
  • Ability to quickly and calmly solve problems under pressure
  • Passionate about global issues and social justice

Must have

  • Successful Working with Children Check or current teaching registration and Criminal History Checks are mandatory
  • A valid working visa to work in Australia for the next two years (if applicable)
