Help Enterprises are seeking expressions of interest to join their newly formed Centralised Services team based in Petrie. Working as part of our Employment & Training division, you will assist participants of our Job Active and DES contracts in their pathway back to sustainable employment.
As the global outbreak of COVID-19 continues to impact on our communities, we have seen vast disruptions to Australian workers and businesses. Each day our dedicated team are working to ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional service both face-to-face and via multi-layered remote servicing methods, to support our job seekers back into work. We are experiencing significant growth to our caseloads, therefore we have a need for additional team members to join our Centralised Services team.
We have multiple roles available which will provide contract management administrative support to frontline staff and stakeholders in the delivery of tailored servicing to our jobseekers. The roles will provide a range of administrative duties to assess jobseekers circumstances and identify the appropriate support and referral opportunities.
