We are an international non-government organisation that works with women and children who are suffering from the impact of trauma resulting from human trafficking, slavery and abuse. Hagar International delivers programmes in Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Afghanistan, and has support offices around the world. Our largest programme office is in Cambodia, where this position will be based.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Hagar International, the Executive and Governance Officer provides executive support to the CEO and the Board. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. You will serve as a CEO liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organise and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts. You will strengthen Hagar’s governance processes to align with international best practice.
You will have strong organisational skills necessary to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
