Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a large social enterprise providing laundry and linen services primarily to the hospitality industry, using your high quality, customer-focused sales and relationship management skills. This role will support a business that provides employment opportunities to enhance the lives of people with a disability.

The Business Development Manager will operate within the Newcastle and Hunter region to support sales and revenue targets for our growing business reporting to the General Manager.

• Excellent sales skills (to identify the unique selling points generating target outcomes).
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder engagement through effective complaint handling and influencing skills.
• Excellent reporting skills to monitor financial and sales targets.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a range of teams across the organisation.
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office); and a capacity to adopt new technologies to support business improvement.
• You must hold a current driver’s licence.
