Skills and Experience

• Have a Certificate III in Aged Care
• Have a genuine interest in helping older persons
• Have a commitment to quality care and service
• Be reliable and accountable
• Be adaptable
• Act with humility, integrity, respect and understanding
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an ability and commitment to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
• Be able to work rotating shifts
