Our Support Coordinator will join our small head office team to help shape and guide our services moving forward.
What you will do
- Assist our clients to implement their plans by assessing supports, negotiating services and developing service agreements, arranging assessments and determining budgets
- Be the key contact for service issues, complaints, major changes and plan reviews
- Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with NDIA
- Manage any perceived or real conflict of interest in accordance with the NDIA’s Terms of Business
- Effectively network with other stakeholders to develop partnerships to better support our clients and to increase the number of clients we service
What you will bring
- Must have a Right to Work in Australia
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline appropriate to disability, allied health social science or welfare
- 3+ years’ experience working as a NDIS support Coordinator
- Current Drivers Licence
- Clear National Police Check
- Current Working With Children’s Check
- Not listed on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme
- NDIS worker screening check
