To best support those we work with, CareSouth is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Program Manager, Therapeutic Homes to lead our accommodation programs in the Shoalhaven on a permanent, full time basis. The role will be based in our Nowra Office.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager - Shoalhaven, this pivotal role will be responsible for upholding the values of CareSouth, oversee the management of CareSouth’s Therapeutic homes and Youth Homelessness Service to ensure each program provides responsive, individualised services and support to each person and lead staff with collaboration, kindness and respect.
