The Australian Network on Disability (AND) is a national, membership based, for-purpose organisation that supports organisations to advance the inclusion of people with disability in all aspects of business. As a key member of the management team, you will be accountable to the CEO and Board to plan, coordinate and optimise AND’s finances and operations. You will be supported by a small team and your responsibilities will include business plan development, budgeting, financial and business performance reporting, internal controls and risk management. In addition, this role is responsible for regulatory compliance, Information systems management, HR / WHS processes and systems, equipment and facilities.
You will also provide broader opportunities within AND to drive to initiatives aimed at strengthening their capability in supporting organisations to advance the inclusion of people with disability in all aspects of business.
As the successful candidate, you will have the ability to think strategically, be outcomes focused, communicate effectively, be collaborative in your approach to working with stakeholders and have displayed strong decision making and leadership qualities in previous roles.
You will have tertiary qualifications in accounting in a senior role with responsibility for Finance and/or Corporate Services. Experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management with a knowledge of business and management principles and practices of accounting, human resources, project management and information technology are required.
