Your new role:
At the heart of their growing company is their Service and Support Team - responsible for the wellbeing and satisfaction of their community. As part of this team, your role will include:
- Welcoming and introducing clients to the Hireup platform
- Completing and optimising their profiles and discovering how Hireup can best support them
- Building trust and fostering relationships to ensure the service is of quality, tailored and personalised
- Educating clients on the various Success Services on offer and making the connection to our Relationship Management, Team Building and Case Management teams
- Working towards the goal of activation and retention of all the clients on our platform
- Making proactive outbound phone calls and emails to better understand the situation, needs and challenges of the client
- Taking on ideas and feedback from the community to share internally to better improve our service, whilst sharing insights and inspiration of the impact our community has on their lives
What you'll need to succeed
To become a Client Success Specialist, you will have experience in some of the below:
- Proactive, goal orientated and target driven with a collaborative mindset
- Uses problem solving, confidence and initiative to find the right solution for each individual
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Can communicate with a diverse range of the community
- Builds relationships through empathy, transparency and warmth
- Strong Disability Sector knowledge is a big plus

- Salary is competitive at $69k + super.
