We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced program designer who will have a lead role in program design and impact measurement for Good Things Foundation Australia’s digital inclusion activities.
This role is pivotal to helping us close the digital divide in Australia, working with a wide range of partners to research and design new programs and lead their evaluation to ensure outcomes are measured and achieved – so that we can create real community impact. The role works across new and existing programs, including our key digital inclusion program Be Connected.
You will be involved in review and improvement of existing programs, as well as the design of new programs. You will ensure that each program has a clear Theory of Change and outcomes measurement is built into them from the start, enabling us to monitor and report on outcomes throughout the life of the program.
You will also lead consultation and co-design processes during the development of new programs to ensure they are designed in a way that will meet the needs of people who are digitally excluded, as can be delivered effectively by our community partners across Australia, to ensure they improve the digital skills and confidence of people in their communities.
Reporting to our Director of Partnerships and Growth, you will enjoy working as part of a small team and also be comfortable working independently. Work is currently hybrid, with a mix of working from home and time in the office to connect with colleagues.
Good Things Foundation Australia delivers a range of projects and programs to help build digital skills and confidence, funded by government and other partners. We’re looking to grow our small Sydney-based team with friendly, passionate and innovative individuals who really want to make a difference.
