Central Goldfields Shire is seeking an energetic and experienced leader to join our team in a new role for Council. The Coordinator Community Development will drive the development and implementation of effective initiatives, programs and projects that empower community members and create a stronger and more connected community.
Managing a small, multi-disciplinary project team, the Coordinator will work across Council and in partnership with the local community to plan, manage and evaluate the delivery of key Council community development activities and services.
You'll have tertiary qualifications and /or relevant experience in areas such as community development, social services, project management - coupled with exceptional communication, collaboration and management skills to enable success in the role.
