Girl Guides Victoria (GGV) is seeking a new Head of Operations to join our team.

GGV is seeking a full time Head of Operations to manage and lead our operational area. This includes membership, finance, IT and data. The role reports directly to the CEO and is the key role in the strategic planning, execution, and management of GGV day-to-day operations.

GGV is looking for person with the following skills:

• Desirable bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
• 5-7 years of experience a related field with a history of improvements
• Strong understanding of operational principles and practical.
• High levels of financial literacy
• Strong leadership skills
• Exposure to Not-for-Profit environment desirable
• Experience with applicable technologies
• Ability to understand applicable legislation or to research legal obligations in respect of role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and work in a collaborative nature
• Strong Project management skills
