Gidgee Healing provides a comprehensive and growing range of services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander across the areas of Mount Isa, North West and Lower Gulf of Carpentaria regions. Our core objective is to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people improve their health and wellbeing, whilst continually enhancing the quality and scope of care provided.

This is a full time position based in Mount Isa with a generous remuneration package including 5 weeks annual leave, salary sacrificing options & super.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager that will enable Gidgee Healing to meet its strategic and operational business objectives through effective development and provision of professional HR services, systems, processes and support to the managers with HR Planning, Resourcing and Induction, Remuneration, Contracts, Performance Management, HR Policy and Procedures, Workforce Learning and Development.
