Team Leader - Case Management

We are seeking an experienced family violence specialist to step into our Case Management Team Leader role! This role is at a SCHADS L7 ($110,907.68 - $115,537.24) plus superannuation & $15,990 salary packaging.

The case management team leader reports to the counselling and case management manager and is a member of the leadership team at GenWest.

This position supervises a team of family violence outreach Case managers. The team leader is responsible for providing daily leadership, management and coordination of GenWest’s outreach case management services to women and children in the western metropolitan region experiencing family violence.

This position is available on a full-time and part time (0.8-0.9 EFT) basis.

This position is responsible for:

  • Coordinating rosters for Duty and place-based services
  • Accepting case management referrals into the program
  • Facilitating allocations meetings and oversees the administration of resources including emergency financial support to women and children
  • Providing client-focused supervision and operational support to outreach and specialist case managers to ensure the delivery of high quality family violence case management services.
  • Developing and maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with community and agency partners to contribute to positive client outcomes and enhance program delivery.
  • Ensuring collaboration and integration across and between GenWest programs and services to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
