We are growing and seeking a new Operations Coordinator! The salary for this role is a SHADS Level 4 (between $82,045.60 to $88,277.80 + $15,990 salary packaging).

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Facilities team on a full-time and ongoing basis. As the Operations Coordinator you will be supporting the wider organisation to adhere to OHS requirements and minimise potential risk for staff and victim survivors during their time on site. This hands on role is located in the Sunshine area, in Western Melbourne, and will be required to travel to other locations within Western Melbourne.

Reporting to the Facilities Team Leader, the responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensuring all asset movements – allocation, return, and replacements are recorded and occur in a timely manner in accordance with organisation policy, procedure, and practices.
• Contributing to effective incoming and outgoing deliveries including donations.
• Coordinating the delivery of low-level office maintenance, including responding to low level issues such as light fixtures, water leaks, and other ad hoc office management issues, with the management of relevant trades
• Overseeing Fire Safety, Building Safety, Emergency Systems and Security, in accordance with compliance regulations.
• Setting up and relocating staff as required - desk, chair, computer, and telephone as per organisation policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Operational and/or administrative experience
• The ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines with competing priorities
• Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities
