We are seeking a new ICT Coordinator within our IT team! The salary for this role is a SCHADS Level 4 (between $82,045.60 - 88,277.80 + superannuation + $15,990 salary packaging) pro rata.

We are seeking an ICT Coordinator to join our IT systems and Facilities team on a fixed term part-time (0.8, 0.9 EFT) basis. The ICT Coordinator is part of the team responsible for providing support to the organisation’s daily operational needs and support strategic project implementation.

Reporting to the ICT Advisor, the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing efficient management of the IT help desk requests to ensure staff support requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Attending offices across Melbourne for computer set up and instalments
  • Supporting the onboarding process including setting up staff workstation with required equipment (including desk, chair, computer, docking station, and telephone) and access to software as required
  • Proactively research and propose more efficient methods, may include technology support.
  • Ending user training and development – ICT software and Mobile Devices

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related area
  • At least two years' experience working in a related position involving IT Helpdesk Support Level 1
  • Knowledge of MS365 administration and computer networking
