The Office of Purpose (OOP) in Australia and New Zealand drives strategy and guides implementation through executive level collaboration across environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, and social impact – including supplier diversity and First Nations partnerships.

Building upon Fujitsu's strong foundation of conducting responsible business with a focus on environmental sustainability, the OOP has now turned its attention to creating greater impact through our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion across all areas of the business.
As the Community Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of social impact relationships.
You will lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders to drive business focussed solutions and initiatives relating to our community partnerships. You will deliver excellence and growth in the ongoing relationship management of your portfolio of partners, building engagement and shared value for long-term relationships. You will also ensure alignment to OOP strategy, and will have the ability to prioritise competing projects to deliver on commitments. In addition, you will provide knowledge, insights, research, reporting, updates and recommendations on best practice, trends and innovations.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and capabilities:
Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in certain circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). Also, for client facing roles, many of our customers require our staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces. Based on Fujitsu’s assessment of workplace risk and the safety and wellbeing of our people, Fujitsu is has introduced a vaccination policy which requires all persons entering a Fujitsu workplace, attending a Fujitsu work-related event, or entering other premises to undertake work on Fujitsu’s behalf to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or the subject of an appropriate exemption (and to provide evidence of the same). This proposed vaccination policy is currently undergoing consultation with our people.
