For Purpose Advisory is seeking a casual Company Secretary / Minute Taker. The successful applicant will be a reliable, energetic, confident and attentive person who is able to commit to casual work during the outside of regular business hours.
The Company Secretary / Minute Taker will work with For Purpose Advisory’s company secretary team, to provide company secretary services for not-for-profit organisations and charities. This includes assisting these organisations with the preparation of papers for Board or Committee meetings, taking minutes of those meetings, maintaining relevant records for these organisations and maintaining a register of actions to assist meeting attendees to keep track of tasks that have been delegated to them.
The role will be casual in the first instance, with the possibility of moving to permanent part time and then full time as For Purpose Advisory grows. This fantastic opportunity will also allow you the flexibility to work from home.

The candidate must have:
Previous experience in the not-for-profit or charity sector and previous experience as a company secretary or minute taker are highly desirable.
Main responsibilities include:
Client meetings may be held in and out of ordinary business hours.
