FareShare cooks rescued, donated and homegrown food into millions of healthy meals each year in our modern production kitchens in Melbourne and Brisbane.

We seek a practical, people-focused leader with proven experience in manufacturing or logistics to oversee our operations in two states.

Based at our Abbotsford headquarters in Melbourne and reporting to the CEO, the role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our kitchens, transport and warehousing, and three kitchen gardens.

You will be a strong leader, committed to driving continuous improvement, with the ability to solve problems and adapt to the dynamic environments of food rescue and food relief.

You will have proven experience in an operations role with responsibility for OH&S, strong attention to detail, excellent relationship and people management skills, and a collaborative mindset.
