• Location: Brisbane (Windsor) 
• Hours: 25 hrs per week (5 days per week)

True Relationships and Reproductive Health (True) is seeking a highly motivated, positive and personable individual to become part of our Human Resources team and support the growth in our organisation.

This is a generalist position that will provide support in the delivery of a wide range of HR functions across the organisation. True has offices in Windsor, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Cairns, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

The successful candidate would have professional HR experience, a commitment to uphold True’s Values and the ability to provide valuable support and guidance to our diverse organisation.

Selection criteria:

• Hold a Nationally recognised HR qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years working in HR role.
• Sound understanding of industrial relations legislation and Enterprise Bargaining process.
• Ability to meet deadlines, operating with discretion to maintain confidentiality.
• Computer literacy in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
